Yellow split Moong Dal 1 cup
Green Chili 4-5 or to taste (Finely chopped or past)
Salt to taste
Jeera ½ tea spoon
Ginger Garlic paste ½ tea spoon
Coriander ½ cup chopped
Onion ½ (Chopped finely)
Oil to deep fry.
- Soak moong dal overnight .
- Coarsely grind soaked moong with green chili, salt, ginger garlic paste and jeera.
- Add finely chopped onions and coriander to the batter prepared in step2.
- On the other hand, heat enough oil to deep fry in a deep frying pan.
- Once the oil reaches the frying temperature, in the palm of your hand make small patties and deep fry as you make them.
- Fry the patties till they are crispy and golden brown.
Enjoy as an evening snack.
